Shipping Information: 

Prices are to be understood in US dollars; and shipping costs are determined at checkout. All print orders require payment in full at the time an order is placed, print fulfillment will be scheduled at that time. Prints are personally packaged in hard extra-thick kraft mailing tubes, signed and numbered by Jessica Pomerantz. 

Printing is done to order, and orders are shipped within 3 days via FedEx. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the date of your purchase to your delivery, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, your tracking information will be emailed to you. 

At this time, orders are only shipped within the United States. 

Refund Policy: 

We expertly package our products to reduce the risk of damage in transit. If the purchase arrives damaged upon receipt by the purchaser, the purchaser should contact us within 48 hours.  The damaged print will then be replaced by us.

We don't accept returns for printed products, nor do we accept exchanges. Unlike a mass-manufactured product, every product is made just for you when your order is placed.
